- The Tsirouc in good handsAt 47, Virginie took the plunge! After 25 years spent passing on her knowledge as a teacher, she decided to take over the Restaurant du Lac de Moiry, a place dear to her heart that had been run by her parents for over four decades. For the past six years, she has been running this family restaurant during the summer. She brings her organizational skills, discipline, and management talent to the table, ensuring the longevity and good reputation of this welcoming place. Starting this winter, she will also be managing Le Tsirouc. Virginie has a gift for human relations and a true sense of hospitality. She creates a warm atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. She can count on the support of her family and knows how to motivate an energetic team of students and seasonal workers, who are essential to the smooth running of the establishments. At the same time, Virginie has also contributed to the creation of two escape rooms, proving her ability to lead and encourage teams, while helping to boost the region's tourist offering.
